After the narrowboat holiday we headed to Bury St. Edmunds to visit with some good friends of our. They are stationed over here in England and invited us to stay with them for the 4 days until we fly to Greece. We really needed the downtime between adventures for planning, blogging, laundry, sleeping in, and of course socializing with Lookout and Piper.
It was a great visit!

After 4 days of hanging out in Bury St. Edmonds, we were ready to fly. Here we are about to board Ryan Air from Luton (London) to Athens, Greece.

We landed in Athens at 8:40 PM, made it through customs very easily, and was onboard a bus at 9:50 PM. The last stop on the bus was 1 mile from our AirBnB, but since it was late we splurged on an Uber instead of walking.
Tomorrow is our first day to tour Athens and we can't wait!
