We start off the day with a 2 1/2 mile hike on the northern part of this island that most of Tromsø sits upon.
The hike features a few geocaches...

...and, after the 334 ft climb, a Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range aid to aviation navigation is found at the top. This thing allows pilots to find Tromsø airport in murky weather conditions.
Now we head over to the Tromsø botanical gardens...

We're now back in downtown Tromsø for some more city sights...

We try some more Mack Beer, at their taphouse in Tromsø known as "ØlHallen" - where before Mack owned it a drinking establishment existed back far enough that the Arctic explorers drank here (two turns of centuries ago).
